CLUB UPDATE Dear Members, The Club enjoyed a memorable late-summer season in August and September, highlighted by several engaging events including: Lakeside Lobster Fest, Back-to-School Splash, Summer Carnival Family Night, Friday Night Lights Family Night, and the Miner Wine Dinner. October is one of the most vibrant months at the Club, bringing together cherished fall traditions, spirited family events, and exciting opportunities to enjoy tennis, golf, wellness, dining, and Nona Crew programming. In golf news, mark your calendar for an exciting tournament season as Matt Collis and the golf operations team have orchestrated an impressive lineup of competition and camaraderie, along with several new coaching and player development opportunities. As a reminder, the course will be temporarily closed for overseeding October 19 - 29 and the range will reopen with modified hours beginning October 23. This essential process is crucial for ensuring that our greens remain healthy throughout the season and we appreciate your understanding during this scheduled maintenance. To schedule reciprocal playing privileges at local coures, please contact the Professional Shop. CLUB EXPAN SION & RENOVATION NEWS As you can see from the photos, the Clubhouse renovation is taking shape beautifully, as progress continues to move forward smoothly. We are excited to see the project well on its way to a stunning finished space. Renovations are also underway at the Bath & Racquet Club and we are thrilled to see the comprehensive expansion of these facilities, with targeted completion scheduled for May 2027. Renovations are underway at the Bath & Racquet Club marking the next phase of the comprehensive expansion and renovation project, a significant capital investment by ownership that will transform the Club into a state-ofthe-art destination for our Members’ continued enjoyment. With a targeted completion date of May 2027, these renovations will encompass: • • • • •
Reimagined, resort-style pool, with zero-entry access, lap lanes, and new furnishings, designed for multi-generations to enjoy. New and expanded poolside dining and bar - a vibrant gathering space. GOLF NEWS As we look ahead to another exciting season at Lake Nona, I would like to thank our Golf Course Maintenance team for their hard work over the past few months. Cart path removal, selective tree removal and lake bank improvements using DredgeSox have made a positive difference to the course’s presentation and turf health. Further cart path removal is planned for next summer as we continue these improvements.
GOLF NEWS & UPDATES The newly launched Pathos Junior Golf Program has enjoyed a successful start. Our weekend tournaments have been particularly popular, giving juniors the opportunity to develop their skills, enjoy friendly competition and build confidence on the course. The Professional Shop remains in the temporary facility in the front circle of the Club. We anticipate operating there through the end of October, with a move into the newly renovated Pro Shop during the first few weeks of November. Thank you for your patience throughout this exciting project. Finally, please help us maintain our standards by observing the dress code on the golf course and driving range, including keeping shirts tucked in and hats facing forward. Guests may only use the

Congratulations to Lake Nona Members Leona Maguire and Lindy Duncan on their Solheim Cup performances. Leona helped Team Europe reclaim the trophy, while Lindy enjoyed an impressive debut for Team USA, winning her Sunday singles match to keep the Americans fighting. As part of the broader transformation of the Clubhouse, an exciting milestone for the Golf Department is underway with the complete renovation of the Lake Nona Golf Professional Shop. The newly designed space will create a more modern, welcoming, and functional retail environment while remaining consistent with the overall design and character of the renovated Clubhouse.
During the renovation, the Professional Shop remains fully operational from a temporary workspace at the front of the Clubhouse.
This important renovation represents a significant investment in our golf facilities and the services we provide to Members. With an updated layout, refreshed finishes, and improved product displays, the new shop will showcase apparel, footwear, golf equipment, accessories, and Lake Nona-branded merchandise in a more open and inviting setting. The rendering above provides an early look at the direction of the space, and we look forward to welcoming you to the completed Professional Shop in November.
The golf professional team will continue to provide the same level of service throughout the renovation, including: merchandise purchases, special orders, tournament support, and assistance with any of your golf retail needs. We will continue to keep you informed as the project nears and progresses.

COURSE NEWS The course maintenance team had an incredibly busy summer, balancing our normal cultural practices with several major projects and course improvements. Everything we accomplish during the summer is focused on positioning the golf course for success heading into the upcoming season.
PROJECT & COURSE IMPROVEMENT UPDATES This summer, we completed Phase 2 of the DredgeSOX installation on the pond inside Holes 3, 4, and 5; replaced the retaining walls at Hole 15 and 18 greens; completed several cart path repairs; removed in-play palmettos; and planted approximately 80 slash pine trees throughout the property. We also made the decision to postpone construction of the new bridge on Hole 17 until our first aerification in May 2027. Once the permitting process was complete, it became clear that we would not have enough time to complete the bridge and fully repair the surrounding construction impacts before our first major fall event, The B-52: Men's Member-Guest. In the meantime, we will install additional hardware to reinforce the existing bridges and safely extend their use for one more season.
CART TRAFFIC REMINDER As we head into the golf season, we ask everyone to keep a few of this summer’s course changes

in mind. Cart paths were removed in several areas on the front nine. When traveling through these areas, please drive on the healthiest, greenest turf available and vary your traffic pattern whenever possible. This will help prevent excessive wear from developing in any one location. Ropes, stakes, and designated entry and exit points will continue to be used to help guide cart traffic throughout the course.
OVERSEEDING Later this month, we will begin our annual overseeding closure. The golf course will be completely closed during this period so our team can properly prepare the playing surfaces, apply seed, and provide the irrigation necessary for successful establishment. Once the seed is applied, irrigation will run frequently throughout the day, and conditions will be extremely wet. We ask that everyone please remain off the golf course during the closure (October 19 - 29). During the closure, the driving range will operate on a modified schedule (see below). We look forward to another terrific golf season and sincerely appreciate everyone’s stewardship of the course by repairing ball marks, filling fairway divots, and raking bunkers.
