TherehasneverbeenabettertimetobeaMemberofLagoMar! Aswe begin the month of February there are so many exciting events on the way!
The deck and kitchen project continue to make progress. We will soon seealloftheexteriorareashavestuccoapplied,thenewawningsover the deck installed, as well as the new decorative guard railings and flooring. Although hidden by the walls, work continues on the new kitchenonadailybasis.Thankyouforyourpatienceaswemakethese excitingenhancementstotheClub.
It has been a true joy to have Wednesday and Friday Dinners at the Club and to see the Oak Room filled with Members enjoying each other’s company. Each week we are seeing a steady increase in reservations and look forward to seeing all of you enjoy Chef Doug’s fantasticmenus.
This month we will have both our Men’s and Women’s Golf Club Championships, Sunday Couples Golf on the 16th and our first ever Presidents’ Day Shotgun on Monday the 17th. We will also have Demo DaysfromTitleist,TaylorMadeandCallawayGolf.
Please note that on Monday, February 10th the Golf Course and Range willbeClosedformaintenance.OurCarefortheCourseDaysareback! Please join us on Tuesday, February 11th at 4pm as we go around and helpkeepourcoursebeautifulbyfillingdivots,fixingballmarks,etc.The next qualifying round for the Men’s Lago Cup will be held on Saturday the 22nd. And as the month comes to a close, we celebrate our Women’sMemberGuestfromFebruary28th–March2nd.Itisgoingto beafantasticmonthforeveryone!
