Il complesso è composto da 32 appartamenti e due ville semindipendenti.

Gli appartamenti sono suddivisi in 4 blocchi disposti secondo uno schema a “C” all’interno dell’area di intervento, al fine di concedere la vista lago a tutte le unità abitative e permettere un’organizzazione ottimale dell’ampia area di comune proprietà presente nello spazio antistante al complesso e destinata a verde e ad attività ricreative.
Al piano terra troviamo le tipologie CLASSIC PLUS e OVER PLUS (bilocali e trilocali) con ampi porticati affacciati direttamente sul giardino privato, mentre al piano seminterrato sono presenti l’ampio garage con doppio posto auto ed altri locali.
Al piano primo troviamo invece le tipologie OPEN PLUS e CLASSIC PLUS (monolocali e bilocali), dotati di ampi terrazzi vista lago; si aggiunge inoltre il piano sottotetto con ulteriori locali e terrazzo.
Le ville sono composte da piano terra, piano primo e piano interrato con garage da tre posti auto e giardino indipendente.
The complex consists of 32 apartments and two semi-detached villas.
The apartments are divided into 4 blocks arranged according to a "C" layout within the intervention area, in order to grant the lake view to all the housing units and allow an optimal organization of the large common area located in the space in front of the complex and intended for greenery and recreational activities.
On the ground floor you find the CLASSIC PLUS and OVER PLUS types (two-room and three-room apartments) with large porches directly overlooking the private garden, while in the basement there is a large garage with double parking space and other rooms.
On the first floor we find the OPEN PLUS and CLASSIC PLUS types (one-room and two-room apartments), equipped with large terraces overlooking the lake; the attic floor is also added with additional rooms and a terrace.
The villas consist of ground floor, first floor and basement with three parking spaces garage and private garden.
