OVERVIEW OF THE SCHOOL TRIP
MID-TERM BREAK
What better way to spend half term than travelling to new countries while soaking up the autumn sun!
Students will spend two full days in Italy, visiting the fantastic Gardaland theme park and the beautiful northern city of Milan, before heading to Cairo for 7 days in the ancient kingdom of the Pharaohs.
As well as sightseeing trips to the Pyramids and the Sphinx, and a camel ride in the desert, students will also be offered the chance to go diving and even to obtain their PADI diving qualification.
The trip finishes back in Switzerland with a relaxing thermal baths excursion, and a chance to ascend the Jungfrau, one of Switzerland's most iconic mountains, by cog railway.

All day: We make the most of the resort's facilities, which are all-inclusive except for diving, if anyone wants to get their diving certificate (PADI) !

All day: Final chance to relax and enjoy the resort.
Evening: safari into the desert including a camel ride and dinner with Bedouin herders.

CLOTHING LIST
Travelling Clothes: LG Sweatshirt, cap, jeans/joggers etc.
Clothes for the week: suitable for autumnal weather including swimsuits!l.
POCKET MONEY
We recommend between CHF/EUR 300 and CHF/EUR 500 depending on the student’s age.
RULES
- We ask our students to be respectfully dressed at all times.
- Pocket money: please bring Euros and a secure wallet/purse to keep them in.
- Students are responsible for all their personal belongings and should be vigilant when in public areas.
- If you are taking medication, please make sure you have enough and have spoken to the - Health Department about taking extra medication on the trip if necessary.
- Any poor behaviour will be dealt with immediately and may have consequences during and/or after the trip.
