The Accounting Department will contact you for payment over the phone you will need a credit/debit card for payment.
All Non-Residential Properties must have a Certificate of Occupancy and must obtain an operational fire permit from the Office of Finance.
All LADBS Permits shall be approves prior to Final Inspection or Fire Clearance will be denied.
