New Accounts

All retail store locations and all web businesses must be approved by LAFCO. Territory approval is required prior to shipping. Orders for new accounts must be paid by credit card only. LAFCO New York does not authorize the use of third party sales platforms (eBay, Amazon, etc). Any unauthorized third-party selling may result in loss of wholesale account status.
MAP Pricing
LAFCO values our retail partnerships and requires retailers to list products at MAP – Minimum Advertised Pricing. LAFCO requires that both brick-andmortar retailers and online retailers follow MAP pricing. Please refer to this catalogue for the listing of MAP prices.
Reorder
LAFCO does not have a minimum reorder requirement; simply order in case pack quantities.
Annual Minimum Sales Requirement
Please note that there is a yearly $2,500 minimum (in shipments) per retail location to remain a LAFCO retailer. Retailers that do not meet this minimum will no longer have active status, and may need to meet opening order requirements including territory review.
Testers
Burn our candles in your store to elevate your customer’s experience and generate even more sales. Candle testers are available one per case at the tester pricing. Additional 15.5oz Signature candle testers may be purchased for $27.50 each. Additional 6.5oz candle testers may be purchased for $17.50 each. 3-wick candle testers are only available with the purchase of a case pack. Prices are subject to change.
