A week later and Lucky can still be seen pretending to pass out from hunger on his knees in an effort to get motorists to give him money. President Cyril Ramaphosa this week finally gave the order for the Special Investigations Unit to look into the controversial former parliamentarian from Namakgale and the plan to introduce three-wheelers into the garbage removal systems of municipalities cross-country.
