MALARIA PARTNERS
• Work with the community. (Community driven solution to problems=empowerment and ownership) • Focus on quality, not quantity or access only. • Rely on expertise, especially when it comes to training. • Don’t just do training as an “extra” to an infrastructure project. • Provide as much information as possible when submitting an application.
Are there any literacy projects within our communities that would enhance literacy?

Malaria Partners International works separately within the Rotary International community raising its own funding independently through donor appeals to individuals, foundations, and corporations.
While Rotary Clubs can and do participate in the funding of some small grants, most of the small grant funding is sourced through funding raised through charitable giving.

Malaria Partners International continues to expand our Small Grants Program to advise and financially support malaria projects initiated by Rotary clubs across the world.
Your donation helps fund projects like KANOs Against Malaria, an initiative from the Rotaract Club of Kampala North in Uganda.
This Rotaract club organized an online anti-malaria campaign, general mass malaria education, malaria testing and treatment, distribution of mosquito nets, and indoor residual spraying.
Your involvement helps us combat the overwhelming impact of malaria by working with those facing malaria daily. In 2019, WHO reported that there were an estimated 18 million malaria cases and over 15,000 estimated deaths in Uganda alone.
All contributions, small and large, make a difference. With the generous support of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, your gift will be matched so please consider donating today.
Thank you for supporting our projects and ongoing commitment to end malaria.
