A follow-up from Myrna Inglis – District 6330 Grants Chair

The District 6330 District Grant Proposals have been accepted by the Rotary Foundation!!

It is time to complete the full application and to send a request to me asking for an application review and approval from the District Grants Committee.

DO NOT START SPENDING MONEY YET!

This submission and approval MUST happen before you start spending any money!!

Have you taken time to review the resources mentioned in my previous email?

There are eight (8) Qualified Clubs who do not have their own projects have been included in this email.

• Four (4) of the clubs are involved with Multi-Club projects.

• Four (4) of the clubs do not have any project.

Note: In the future, if a Club cancels a project, that Club will have first choice to establish a new project. If this is not possible, the opportunity will be given to another Qualified Club.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Now is the time to get the applications completed and approved.

All projects should be approved by December 31.
