EASY EXERCISES TO TONE FLABBY ARMS

Some women tend to get conscious about flabby arms and may feel insecure, especially around summer time with sleeveless tops and dresses. Lack of exercise, losing skin elasticity as we age, as well as excess fat accumulation are all reasons that contribute to flabby arms. Here are some easy exercises that you can do at home to get perfectly toned arms.

1.SHOULDER PRESS Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Bend your elbows so that your hands are shoulder level and palms facing forward. Push up and extend the weights over the head while keeping your shoulders down. Extend your arms fully then slowly bring back down to shoulder level.

2.BICEPS CURLS Standing with your knees slightly bent, hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms hanging by your side. Make sure your elbows are close to your torso with your palms facing forward. Exhale as you curl the weights up to your shoulder level.

3.TRICEPS DIPS Using a chair or bench, place your palms on the edge of the chair behind you with fingers pointing towards your feet, and legs hip-width apart. With your feet on the ground, and palms on the edge of the chair, slowly lower yourself while keeping your body upright. Make sure your elbows are at 90 degrees then bring yourself back up again using only your triceps.
