EASY HOME REMEDIES TO REDUCE WRINKLES

Before resorting to botox and fillers, try following a strict skin care routine that can help rejuvenate your skin. Besides creams, lotions and serums, here are easy remedies to be done at home that will help in reducing wrinkles.

EGG WHITES MASK

Eggs are rich in vitamin E and B and packed with proteins that help repairing and renewing skin tissues, and accordingly reduce the formation of wrinkles. Egg whites are ideal for people with oily skin because of their properties in tightening the skin and shrinking the pores.

Directions:

•Massage egg whites onto your skin. •Allow it to sit and soak up for 15 minutes. •Rinse with lukewarm water

BANANA MASK:

Relish the wonders of bananas for your skin. This delicious fruit is packed with vitamins A, B6, and C which makes it very effective in fighting signs of ageing.

Directions:

• Mash a banana in a small bowl until it forms a paste. • Apply the paste evenly unto your face either with a brush or with your finger tips. • Leave the paste for 15 to 20 minutes then wash off with cold water.

YOGURT, HONEY & LIME MASK

While the lactic acids in yogurt help in getting rid of dead skin cells and making it brighter, the antioxidants in lemon tighten the skin and repairs the skin cells. Honey is known for its moisturizing benefits.

Directions:

• Add two teaspoons of yogurt to extracted lemon juice. • Add a teaspoon of honey to the mixture. You can also add two capsules of Vitamin E to the mixture. • Spread evenly over the face and leave it for 15 minutes to dry. • Rinse off with cold water. Gel for working wonders on the skin. Aloe Vera gel promotes skin cells regeneration and protects it from damage. The antioxidant properties of this gel help in slowing down the ageing process of the skin.

Directions:

• Mix 2 tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel and 1 eggwhite. • Apply the paste onto your face and especially the forehead. • Leave the paste for 15 minutes then rinse off with lukewarm water.

JOJOBA OIL

Jojoba oil is considered as a very effective natural moisturizer for its power in softening the skin and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Jojoba oil is very similar to the natural oils from the skin and the high content of Vitamin E in this oil work against free radicals and stops signs of ageing.

Directions:

• Apply 2 to 3 drops of jojoba oil on your fingertips. • Massage the oil gently on your forehead in an upward motion for 3 to 4 minutes. • Wash off the oil later with lukewarm water

ARGAN OIL

Argan oil is known for its moisturizing and anti-ageing properties. Being rich in Vitamin E, fatty acids, and linoleic acids, argan oil is very beneficial for maintaining skin’s elasticity. This wonderful oil makes your skin looks more youthful and stronger against damage.

Directions:

• Apply 2 to 3 drops on your finger tips • Massage on your face for a couple of minutes • Leave the oil on your face for 15 minutes to act, then wash off with lukewarm water.
