he Mound City Bar Association recently hosted its annual Scovel Richardson Scholarship Dinner at the historic Coronado ballroom. The 2015 Legal Service Award was presented to the Saint Louis University Law School Legal Clinics, while the Community Service Award was presented to Centene’s Michael Neidorff. Congressman William “Lacy” Clay served as the guest emcee, and was recognized for “unparalleled service to the St. Louis region.” Event chair was Elaine Spearman.
