The project started in an urban warehouse and was inspired by the building’s original design. To promote a healthy environment, the space is constructed using concrete, steel, brass, and eco-friendly brands such as Interface and JH Wall Paints. The project also aims to earn LEED ND points from the start.

At The New Club, you’ll find a space that’s not just about shopping, but also about promoting well-being and relaxation The environment is carefully designed to help you feel comfortable and confident as you browse our selection of high-end luxury goods. Above all, safety is our top priority, so you can rest assured that you’re shopping in a secure and protected environment.

COMMERCIAL DESIGN | RETAIL LOCATION THE NEW CLUB

To prevent theft and ensure customer safety, ADA fitting rooms and restrooms are strategically placed by areas with high employee foot traffic.

The focal point of the floor plan is undoubtedly the lounge area, as it offers an inviting and comfortable space for socializing and gathering. Its central location makes it accessible and perfect for hosting public events.

The exterior design of the building was influenced by the industrial look of urban warehouses. To achieve this, perforated metal window frames, large floor-to-ceiling windows, and steel and glass doors were incorporated.

In addition to these features, Corinthian columns, LED signage, and integrated exterior lighting were added. The aim was to maintain a sophisticated and luxurious shopping experience while paying homage to the architecture of the City of Chicago.

RESIDENTIAL
LOCATION

The spacious living room is designed to host a cozy gathering of up to eight individuals. Its unique feature is the stunning stone accent wall, which not only adds a touch of elegance but also creates a sense of separation between the lounge and family areas. This clever arrangement enables uninterrupted relaxation and entertainment, making it the perfect place to unwind. Moreover, the French doors on the north-facing side of the house welcome ample natural light and provide breathtaking views that are sure to leave one in awe.

The private lounge area is a perfect spot for socializing with a group of up to seven guests. The room boasts a stunning fireplace that immediately draws attention upon entering. The ambiance of the space is amplified by the strategically placed, elegant lighting that beautifully highlights the artwork and sculptures. While the room has a darker and more subdued aesthetic, it still radiates a remarkable sense of sophistication that seamlessly blends with the overall style of the entire home.
