Whether you are new to the game or an experienced player, City of Lacey Parks, Culture and Recreation is excited to offer its first Summer Pickleball League! Grab your teammate and your paddles and join our double’s league! You will play games one night a week and there will be an end of season tournament as well! We will be operating with rules through USA Pickleball All games will be played at Rainier Vista Community Park No games the week of the 4th of July

1 registration per team: both players do not need to register, just Team Captain. Subs will be permitted for injury/absence throughout the season

Minecraft is a game about placing blocks to build anything you can imagine At night monsters come out, make sure to build a shelter before that happens Kids will start by crafting their shelters and some of the mobs, critters and tools using LEGO Bricks Campers will face new challenges each day, building models and crafting key elements from the popular Minecraft game. Belly Dancing (16 yrs – adult)

Learn the basics of belly dance, improve fitness, and develop core strength while working out to great world music! Class emphasizes posture and stretching to avoid injury, and muscle isolation for improving strength and repetition for balanced workout.

Summer Programs at the Museum

June Program: June Program: Weathervanes

Did you know that Lacey was once a small farming community? Ever wonder what those metal roosters were doing atop farmhouses? During the month of June join us at the Lacey Museum for a crafting activity to learn about weathervanes and some history about Lacey farms!

Drop in during regular business hours (during the month of June), Thu.Fri , 11 am - 3 pm, and Sat , 10 am - 4 pm to build your own weathervane for FREE!
