Kimberly Prada

Kimberly Prada is a 17 year old senior at Los Alamos High School. She is the daughter of Angela and Ben Parada.She has been active in 4H for five years where she has competed in livestock showing and leadership. Kimberly plans to attend New Mexico State University after graduation, studying nursing. She also enjoys riding horses with her family, competing in barrel racing, and running on the high school cross country and track teams.

Princess

Aspen Jaramillo

Aspen Jaramillo is the daughter of Kevin and Vera Jaramillo and older sister to Jewel Jaramillo (this year's Sweetheart). Aspen has been a part of Los Alamos County Fair and Rodeo Queen’s Court for the past three years as a 2019 Sweetheart and 2021 Princess. She lives in the Jemez mountains where she enjoys a simple lifestyle. She likes to work hard and keep good faith. She is a part of La Cueva volunteer fire department where she will continue to seek certifications in wildland fire fighting an EMT basics. Aspen enjoy hunting, fishing, and trail riding, along with other sports like basketball and barrel racing.

Sweetheart

Jewel Jaramillo

Jewel Jaramillo is 12 years and attends Los Alamos Middle School. She is a part of the cheer team, softball team, student council, and leadership. In her free time Jewel likes to ride her horse, babysit, and hangout with family and friends. Last year she served as Los Alamos County Fair and Rodeo Sweetheart, it was an amazing experience. In the future She would like to pursue doing rodeo, become a volunteer fire fighter, and would like to go to cosmetology school. With hard work and determination, Jewel knows that she can accomplish her goals if she puts God first in everything.

2022 Los Alamos County Queens Court

You will see the Queens Court present at all large Los Alamos County events, as part of their duty. They will also partake in the Los Alamos County Fair and Rodeo parade, and the rodeo event, itself. They hope to see you there!
