Our team has over 30 years of experience inspecting, testing, abating, and monitoring buildings to ensure their safety. We’ve seen it all—and we know what to look for based on a structure’s age, history, or unusual conditions.
Once a hot zone is identified, LaBella acts with the client’s priorities in mind.
We strategically sample and test so each area is covered but not overly tested, and we move quickly when an unexpected result threatens a project’s timeline.
