Jonathan D. Cole, Ph.D., ABPP r. Cole is clinical and health psychologist in private practice in Lexington, Ky. He is boarded in clinical health psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. He is a founding board member and president of the Kentucky Pain Society and former Secretary of the Southern Pain Society. He specializes in pain, headache, sleep, and bariatrics. He is published in the areas of pain and sleep. He is the clinical director of a health psychology training program for clinical psychology doctoral students. He is the current founder and president of Bluegrass Health Psychology.

Course “The Effects of Bipolar Disorder on Chronic Pain” Danesh Mazloomdoost, MD anesh Mazloomdoost, MD is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed his Fellowship in Pain Management at the Anderson Cancer Institute. Dr. Mazloomdoost seeks to bring academic knowledge within reach of everyday individuals and renew the perception of what a sound pain specialist does. He has been published in numerous medical journals, including Pain Physician and Techniques in Regional Anesthesia and Pain Management. Dr. Mazloomdoost is a reviewer for Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He is a member of the Lexington Medical Society where he has served as Vice‐President, the Kentucky Medical Society and was a Doximity Fellow in 2013 where he was responsible for critiquing and curating the most relevant medical literature in Pain Medicine and Pediatric Pain Medicine circulated to more than 50 percent of U.S. physicians. Dr. Mazloomdoost is active in Physicians for Responsible Opiate Prescribing, where he has served as an Executive Board Member.

Course “Regenerative Medicine - Transforming Pain Management” Erica Adams rica Adams received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville and completed a pre-doctoral internship at the Dayton VAMC with an emphasis in Primary Care Psychology and Chronic Pain and a one-year postdoctoral fellowship with the Tampa VA Hospital in the multidisciplinary Chronic Pain Rehabilitation Program. Dr. Adams worked has served as the primary pain psychologist with Brooks Rehabilitation and is now a Licensed Psychologist with Bluegrass Health Psychology in Lexington. She is pursuing board certification in Health Psychology, and her special interest areas include chronic pelvic pain and gastrointestinal disorders.

Tracey LeGrand, PT, MPT racey LeGrand, PT, MPT graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1999. She also obtained a Master of Arts in Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary in 2010 and has completed more than 150 hours in graduate level training in sexual disorders and treatment from Richmont Graduate University, Atlanta, Ga. Tracey has completed extensive training in the area of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, pelvic pain, and sexual pain disorders. She has devoted her 17 years of practice to this specialized form of physical therapy, and her experience and education give her a unique understanding of the physical and emotional needs of patients dealing with these issues. Tracey is the owner of Cornerstone Pelvic Health and Wellness, PLLC, a private practice in Lexington, Ky.

Dr. Grider is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in Pain Management. He currently serves as Chief, Division of Pain and Regional Anesthesia Medical Director for UK HealthCare Pain Services.

His postdoctoral training was completed at the University of Louisville Affiliated Hospitals in Internal Medicine and Respiratory and Environmental Medicine. Dr. Pope is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the Specialty of Pulmonary Medicine, the American Board of Sleep Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine, Specialty of Sleep Medicine. He provides sleep medicine treatment at Owensboro Advanced Sleep Center and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (FAASM) and the American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP).

Steven Marcum, P.T., CSCS, CDEII, CELE teven Marcum, PT, CSCS, CDEII, CELE received his physical therapy degree from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Marcum is a Diplomate, American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians and is a Certified Manual Trigger Point and Dry Needling Therapy Specialist. He serves as Treasurer for the Kentucky Pain Society, where he has also made numerous presentations at their conferences on physical therapy for the treatment of chronic pain. Mr. Marcum presented research, Assessment of Functional Status in Chronic Pain Patients Using the Six-Minute Walk Test, at the 7th congress of the European Federation of IASP® Chapters.

Klickovich, MD attained his medical degree from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine and did an internship in Internal Medicine at Evanston Northwestern Healthcare. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Harvard Medical School, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, where he also completed a Fellowship in Pain Medicine. He is board-certified in Interventional Pain, Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. Dr. Klickovich has served as President of the Kentucky Pain Society and is Vice-President of the Kentucky Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology, the American Society of Regional Anesthesiology, the American Pain Society, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the Massachusetts Society of Anesthesiology, the International Association for the Study of Pain, the World Institute of Pain, and the Tristate Pain Society. Dr. Klickovich is the President of the Paradigm Pain and Spine Consultants as well as Cardinal Hill Pain Institute.
