Spotlight on Johns Creek

Business Climate

With more than 2,500 businesses in the area, many aspiring professionals flock to Johns Creek in search of quality employment. The City features a significant commercial sector, and is home to Technology Park at Johns Creek, a 1,900-acre community with 800 acres devoted entirely to office, technology, and medical/ professional space.

Right now, the Technology Park area is undergoing a transformation through the Town Center Master Plan! Last year, Boston Scientific announced a $62.5 million investment to build a state-of-the-art research and logistics facility in Tech Park, and there were significant efforts made to promote, market, and activate Town Center. Also in 2022, the City Council approved the redevelopment of the 43-acre State Farm site by Toro Development for a new, state of the art, mixed-use destination. These developments and those in the works, bring Johns Creek to the forefront of communities in the technology and wellness sector.
