Acknowledgement Ticket Process

After observing a student exhibit a ROAR trait, have a meaningful conversation with the student about why the student is earning a Cub Card. Having the conversation is key to the student making a connection between the positive behavior and the reward being given. After the conversation, fill out the Cub Card and give it to the student. This Cub Card is taken home by the student.

Special Cub Cards: For students that you would like to recognize at Kynoch Community, a special card will be filled out. Please write a comment at the bottom of the card why the student earned the card. This card will be placed in Derek’s mailbox that hangs on his door by the teacher.
