Imagine standing on the first tee with the Norwegian Sea stretching endlessly before you, dramatic mountains rising from the sea, and the wild beauty of the Lofoten Islands surrounding every fairway. Welcome to Lofoten Links—one of the world’s most extraordinary or X-Factor golf experiences. A little piece of Scotland links situated in Norway. Arguably this will be a tour highlight for you. Located above the Arctic Circle in northern Norway, Lofoten Links is a place where golf and nature exist in rugged harmony. Rocky coastlines, white sand beaches, windswept dunes, and towering peaks form the backdrop to a links course unlike any other. Here, the landscape is not simply something to admire – it is part of the game. The changing Arctic weather, natural contours, sea breezes, and

dramatic coastal setting make every round unique. And then there is the light. During the summer months, the Midnight Sun allows you to play well into the night, transforming the course into an unforgettable spectacle of colour and atmosphere. Lofoten Links is more than a round of golf. It is an adventure, a journey, and an encounter with one of the planet’s most spectacular landscapes. We stay for three nights, playing this amazing course, twice to experience all that is golf in the Arctic Circle. It’s a journey to get here – but it is totally worth it for this unique golf adventure. Come for the golf. Stay for the Arctic wilderness. Leave with a story few other courses can match. of northern Norway. Many just wander along the harbour, watch the fishing boats return, discovering local art, or simply pause to take in the extraordinary landscape.
Connected by bridges and surrounded by the wild waters of the Norwegian Sea, Henningsvær blends centuries-old fishing traditions with a vibrant, creative spirit. Colourful wooden Norwegian red and yellow cabins, working harbours, galleries, cafés, and restaurants line the waterfront, while towering peaks rise dramatically behind the village.
In summer, the Midnight Sun bathes the village in golden light late into the night. In winter, the surrounding mountains and dark Arctic skies create an entirely different atmosphere, with the possibility of witnessing the Northern Lights.

Oslo
City number two: Set between the Oslo Fjord and vast forests, Oslo is a capital with a distinctly different rhythm. Modern, sophisticated, but connected to nature, the city offers the best of both worlds. Oslo showcases an amazing waterfront and striking contemporary architecture such as the iconic Opera House. World-class museums, including the Munch Museum, are waiting to be
explored and the thriving Nordic food scene to be sampled Oslo has been described as a city that is active yet relaxed, cosmopolitan yet wonderfully close to the wild – a Nordic capital where culture, design, adventure, and nature come together. We have three nights here – staying on the main boulevard of Karl Johan’s Gate – just down from the Royal Palace.

FINLAND’S UNIQUE GOLF LANDSCAPES Linna Golf The Promise of Excellence • www.linnagolf.fi • Established 2005 • Designer Tom Lobb (in conjunction with European Golf Designs)
Linna Golf is a highly regarded championship course at the Vanajanlinna estate, and a new edition to our Nordic Golf Tour Line up. The setting is stunning, through mature pine and birch woodland, with rocky terrain and views toward Lake Katumajärvi. Lobb’s design philosophy was to deliberately work with the natural landscape rather than heavily reshaping it. Accordingly, the course has a mixture of uphill, downhill and side-hill holes, woodland holes and holes dropping toward the lake. Check out the 15th hole, designed from a competition entry by South African architecture student David Sampson. About 1,000 designs were submitted worldwide, and his design was actually built.
18
The Nordic Golf Tour 2027
Linna Golf has hosted the European Amateur Championship, European Amateur Team Championship, European Young Masters and other high-level events. The 2026 European Amateur Championship was also held there. At the opening, the legendary five-time Open Champion Peter Thomson played the course. His reaction was extremely positive; he predicted that Linna could eventually become a national treasure. We are excited to add this to our tour line in 2027 and to experience a prestigious championship woodland course in a natural environment on the lake front, that requires strategic thinking.
Kytäjä Golf Championship Golf in the Finnish Wilderness • https://kytajagolf.fi • Established 2003 South East, North West 2004 • Designer Thomas McBroom
Set amid the beautiful countryside of southern Finland, Kytäjä Golf offers a remarkable combination of championship golf, expansive landscapes, and Nordic tranquillity. Just a short journey from Helsinki, the club’s two acclaimed courses – South East and North West – wind through forests, open meadows, lakes, and gently undulating terrain. The natural setting gives each hole its own character, while the scale of the landscape creates a genuine
sense of space and escape. Kytäjä is a course that rewards strategic thinking. Dramatic tee shots, carefully positioned hazards, water features, and beautifully shaped greens demand precision without compromising the enjoyment of the game. Yes – its all there for our last golf challenge. Kytäjä Golf – presenting championship golf, Finnish nature with a very welcoming and impressive club house. Final tour dinner will be here!

Q & A - 2027 NORDIC GOLF TOUR Copenhagen l Lofoten Links l Oslo l Stockholm l Helsink July 24 Saturday to August 10 Tuesday, 2027
Where do we fly to? The tour starts in Copenhagen with a dinner – so aim to be in Denmark at least by mid-afternoon on the 24 July 2027. The tour finishes in Helsinki, Finland on August 10, 2027; breakfast is included and normal check out is 11.00am. The package includes meet & greet transfers in Copenhagen. Helsinki airport transfers are not included – but can be included and priced. Currency Three countries that we visit have their own currency, except Finland but Euro € is used extensively. The tour is priced in Euro €. The currencies are Swedish krona (SEK), Danish krone (DKK) and Norwegian krone (NOK). Cash is not common these days and credit card or payWave is used extensively. Tipping is generally not common in any country however more and more restaurants are seeking a tip and many services are looking for same. The tour pricing structure includes a cash payment of DKK 750 (approx. €100) per person, collected in Copenhagen to cover group tipping services. Taxis vs Ubers Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced. Ubers are common in all but not necessarily cheaper. Clothing Temperatures like all countries these days seem to vary considerably even in what is known as ‘typical summer or winter months’. Casual clothing for evening is fine – no venue requires a jacket and tie, unless you wish to wear. Standard golf clothing is required – many of the courses we play are private members courses – no denim, tee-shirts or cargo pants for example. Sleeved and collared golf shirts please.
Helsinki
Golf The chosen golf courses are some of the best that Scandinavia and Norway offer, private members courses in many cases. We look to showcase these to you while also mixing up the cart and golf pairings daily to that you can mix with all on the tour. We run a fun daily competition where handicaps are changed daily; there are no known handicap maximums at these chosen clubs. For most courses we will play in carts but at Lofoten there may be limited carts and electric trundlers will be provided. Visas – current status as at September 2026 Australians and New Zealanders can visit Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. • Short-Stay Requirements (Tourism and Business). • Visa-free entry: You do not need a traditional visa for short visits. • The 90/180-day rule: This limit applies across the entire Schengen Area combined, not per country. • Passport validity: Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months past your planned departure date from the Schengen Area. • ETIAS (Coming Soon): The European Travel Information and Authorisation System is an upcoming online pre-travel authorisation for visa-exempt visitors. It is expected to launch in late 2026 or 2027, will cost around €20, and will apply to all four Nordic countries.
