According to Gallup.com, only 32% of U.S. employees described themselves as engaged in their job in 2015 (published January 13, 2016). Realizing the importance of an engaged workforce, the Best Places to Work in Kentucky employee survey addresses the question, “what drives Kentucky employees to engage in the workplace?”

We have results from thousands of surveys, and we aren’t keeping the data to ourselves— we are releasing the top 10 motivators for Kentucky employees. Even better, in addition to listing the top 10 motivators, we are always providing aggregate data on what percentage of winning company respondents positively responded to the questions versus the nonwinning company respondents.
