Welcome to the KBA Officers & Directors Spring Conference 2025

You may have noticed that this year, things are more than a little different.

For the first time ever, Spring Conference is laser-focused on preparing your board of directors and leadership team for the regulatory landscape ahead.

We’ve seen firsthand what happens when boards aren’t equipped to navigate compliance. The reality is, your board’s decisions will define the future of your bank. That’s why we built this conference from the ground up. We want to give bank leaders direct access to the regulators, compliance officers, and experts shaping the regulatory expectations for 2025 and beyond.

Beyond the networking, insights and discussions, and a round of golf, attendees will earn CRE credits and receive a KBA Certificate of Completion. This is a valuable tool to show regulators that your institution takes compliance seriously. And for the first time, we’re offering a live stream option, so no one on your board has to miss out.

This conference isn’t just another industry event—it’s an investment in the strength, stability, and future of your bank. Take full advantage of the conversations, the expertise, and, of course, the networking (I hear the Reds are looking good this year).

Thank you for being here, and thank you for supporting the ongoing efforts of the Kentucky Bankers Association.

Network and Browser Requirements for Viewing Streams

The quality of your live playback experience is largely dependent on the download speed you have from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or mobile provider. Keep in mind that your overall Internet speed can vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to: time of day, Wi-Fi performance, other devices/users utilizing your connection, and the strength of the signal provided by your ISP.

Download speeds

The following table shows the minimum speeds required for each playback quality:

Desktop OS and Browser

We recommend using the following browsers and versions on Windows 7 or later or macOS Sierra (10.12.6) or later:

Chrome 30+ (has automatic updates)

Firefox 27+ (has automatic updates)*

Microsoft Edge

Safari 9+

*H.264 video (required for viewing Vimeo videos) is only supported in Firefox for Windows 7 and later. Firefox versions on Windows XP are no longer supported for playback.

For supported mobile/tablet browsers, refer to system requirements for viewing, browsing, and apps.

Firewalls and Whitelisted Domains

Viewers should ensure the following ports are open on their network for playback:

TCP/UDP 80 (HTTP)

TCP/UDP 443 (HTTPS)

In addition, if your viewers are on a corporate network (office, university, hotel, etc.) that restricts access to certain websites or domains, they should have the following domains whitelisted:

*.vimeo.com

*.vimeocdn.com

*.magisto.com

*.akamaized.net

*.cloudfront.net

Mobile Devices

Mobile viewers can use:

Android (Lollipop) version 5.0+

iOS version 12.4+

Blackberry and Windows Phone users: You may still be able to view Vimeo videos on devices that support HTML5; however, Vimeo does not test its player in these environments and cannot guarantee support.

Samsung users: The Samsung Internet browser (all versions) is not supported for Vimeo Live. We recommend installing Chrome instead.

Troubleshooting Vimeo

First ensure that Vimeo is not blacklisted and ensure that www.vimeo.com is open to all users with no restrictions. If users still have issues, the following below is what IT administrators should monitor...

Ensure the following ports are open:

TCP 80

TCP 443

TCP 3433

TCP 4700-5000

TCP 5668

TCP 6080

TCP 6443

TCP 8667

TCP 9667

TCP 30011-30013

UDP 3478

UDP 4700-5000 (2.9.0 or later)

 UDP 10000-65535 (before 2.9.0)

 Ensure the following domains are allowed:

 .agora.io

 .sd-rtn.com

 *.vimeo.com

 stream-io-api.com

The below domains are optional but if you notice limited functionality in the venue, allow these domains as well:
