Coming from a family with diverse professions, he began working in construction at 17, gaining experience in San Francisco and Germany before moving to Canada. Initially aspiring to be a nurse, he shifted to construction due to economic challenges and a need to provide for his family, his wife Renata and 2 sons Robert & Alex. His deep love for building homes and creating dreams for people has driven him ever since, making him passionate about his work to this day.
His career began in the construction industry, starting in maintenance and gradually taking on more complex tasks such as inspections, priming, and planning. His exceptional ability to connect with customers was recognized by many, who often suggested he start his own company. Encouraged by these affirmations and his own ambition, Wesley founded Wescon Builders in 1995 with a clear mission: to build homes he could be proud of, homes where families could create lasting memories.

Wescon Builders started with the construction of raised ranches. However, as Wesley's reputation grew, so did the demand as he was tasked and entrusted with larger projects by friends and acquaintances. The success of these projects did not go unnoticed and the early 2000’s brought upon a series of referrals that saw Wescon Builders shift focus from ranch and 2 sty “production homes” to exclusively Executive Custom Homes that started from 4,000 square feet and beyond. This transition marked the beginning of the company’s evolution to becoming one of our area’s most sought after Luxury Home Builders.
