ROATAN’S CORAL REEFS THE MESOAMERICAN REEF

Roatan’s coral reefs are part of the larger Mesoamerican Reef the second largest barrier reef system in the world. Roatan’s incredible marine environment attracts over 1.9 million tourists and visitors to the island each year, contributing nearly $1 billion USD to the Honduran economy annually.

POOL & AMENITIES

The large pool is perfect for that cooling plunge but also offers a deep end to practice dive techniques and a shallow area for the children. The bar area can comfortably seat 20 people so sip, dip and drink in the views is the order of the day.

DINING

The restaurant can comfortably seat 60 clients with room for another 30 on the spacious verandah with panoramic views.

Furnished with chairs and tables, adjoining a terrace overlooking the sea, a bar with wooden furniture and an area with tables and chairs for 20 people.

MARINA

The hotel has a marina area, a boat to take divers to the reef, also has diving equipment and a small hold for storage. A small boat and 2 cars are included in the purchase price.

LAND DESCRIPTION

Irregular polygon of 170 sides, with varied topography ranging from flat to ravine with slopes on the Northeast and Southwest These slopes are gentle on 5% of the main access to the complex and pronouncing up to 30% as it approaches the coast. There is also a strong fall of 55% in front of the marina presenting this a panoramic view of the entire coast

Bordering to the west is the community of Punta Gorda, to the east Punta Blanca which is an area inhabited mostly by American foreigners. To the South with the community of Oak Ridge and to the North with the Caribbean Sea where the property has approximately 400 meters of coastline between beach, marina and mangrove.
