Philosophy Preserving the environment is an imperative. At AL we insist on using only sustainably sourced materials. Beautiful materials don’t need to come from endangered trees, there are many elegant materials harvested sustainably.

Our definition of timeless is a little different from other designers, timeless means that our pieces are not only visually beautiful, but are built to last for generations. Our customers understand that they aren’t just buying a piece of furniture, but an heirloom quality work of art, that they will have the opportunity to pass down to their children, and theirs thereafter.

Our pieces are made to last, while the appeal of a $120 dining set can be tempting, the reality is unsustainable, quality, sustainably sourced materials and a passion for details, translate to a healthier planet.

Each and every piece is an original work of art, conceived and developed by the AL creative team for our collections and custom orders.

At AL our pieces are limited to a production of 100. Each piece includes a 24k gold AL signet which includes a unique serial and edition number.

Our LigneD’or /leen:de:or/ is an exclusive element included in all of our products. It is a 24k gilt line that runs along our designs. Gold has been treasured by every culture across the globe since the dawn of civilization. It serves as a reminder of the value and uniqueness of your piece.

Atelier Leouse /le:oos/ was founded with the mission to create sustainable, timeless heirloom pieces for a new generation of consumers. Paying homage to the past, while creating functional art that will last for many generationations into the future is our goal.

Meet Keegan Strouse, Atelier Leouse co-founder.

He’s been drawing houses since he could first wield a pen. He also enjoys Thai food, road trips and puppies.

Meet Lydia Leow, the other half of Atelier Leouse. A world traveler, she’s been to every continent, save for Antarctica; too cold.

She hadd a childhood fondness for blimps and has a passion for minimalism, heathy food and languages (she speaks 5).

The straight line is an essentially human element. If used properly, it can compose a visual symphony of refined elegance.

Minimalism is key to our heirlooms, though their inspiration comes from antiquity to the mid-20th century, the result is always timeless and a powerful statement to be appreciated for generations.

Convo, a gilded wine bar was the first official heirloom created

by Atelier Leouse. It was designed to stand alone as a sculpture, so that even when not in use, it creates visual intrigue.

The Jackie Gaughan penthouse was staged by AL for the annual Martini Mixer, raising funds for the non-profit Nevada Preservation Foundation. Embracing, while not overpowering the space, we utilized a mix of pieces spanning the 20th century to complete the space.
