What's in the Napa data?

Napa’s median sold price for single-family homes decreased slightly to $929,000. The number of homes sold also decreased to 98 while the number of new listings was static month-over-month at 301. The number of condo & townhouses sales decreased monthover-month at $600,000 with 26 new listings and 11 homes sold. As temperatures are rising, the market is showing signs of cooling. Year over year inflation has gone down from 6.6% to 6.3% which was also lower that what the Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) report estimated for this month.
