Travis is a Professional Landscape Architect with over 12 years of experience in landscape design and construction administration. As KW’s Urban Lifestyle Studio Director, Travis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. He has previously led KW’s Construction Administration Team, ensuring clear construction documents and exceptional project designs. Travis’s knowledge and attention to detail have been honed over many years, making him a trusted and reliable project team member. He has a keen eye for detail and project scheduling.

Dylan is an accomplished landscape designer with over 11 years of experience. His diverse range of projects allows him to utilize his imagination applying all aspects of his creative problem-solving skills. As our Senior Design Executive, Dylan’s dedication to storytelling and attention to detail brings life to any project. He is passionate about his work and strives to create unique and beautiful landscapes that exceed his clients’ expectations. Dylan’s commitment to his craft is evident in every project he undertakes, and we are fortunate to have him on our team.

Andrew is a landscape design expert with a unique perspective on the design process, thanks to his sales and project installation experience background. He currently oversees our Indianapolis/ Midwest division and is a collaborative designer who works closely with clients to ensure their vision is incorporated into the final design. Andrew’s keen eye for detail and love of the outdoors is evident in the outdoor living spaces he creates, brining his passion for landscape design and exceptional customer service to every project. Andrew is an invaluable member of our project team.

He is a dedicated professional who conducts site inspections, prepares field reports, reviews submittals, tags trees, and more. Bradley is committed to ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, which helps to maintain KW’s excellent reputation for CA services.

Marla Mauricio is an accomplished Professional Engineer with over ten years of experience in her field. She currently serves as the Senior Business Development Manager for the firm overseeing all market areas, combining her engineering expertise with her passion for relationship building. Marla is highly skilled in communication and problem-solving with clients. Her background in engineering gives her a unique perspective on how projects are built from the ground up. She is a valuable asset to the KW team and consistently strives to exceed expectations in her endeavors.
