For those of you who are newer to the family, RED Day stands for Renew, Energize, and Donate. It's our annual day of giving back, founded in 2009 to honor Mo Anderson's birthday and uphold our commitment to the communities we serve Every second Thursday of May, agents and leaders across the company step away from their daily business to make a real, tangible impact locally.

ABOUT ME
Moving from one country to another changes the way you see opportunity, community, and the meaning of “home.” That experience shaped my life long before I ever became a real estate agent. Navigating a new country taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of having someone you can trust when everything around you feels unfamiliar Those lessons became the foundation of my real estate career.
What began with helping families find a place to call home in the U.S. quickly grew into a passion for guiding people through some of the biggest transitions of their lives whether they’re relocating, expanding a business, or investing across borders Today, I lead the Texas tu Casa team at Keller Williams, specializing in residential, luxury, and commercial real estate.
One of the most meaningful parts of my work is serving clients from both Texas and Mexico Growing up in a binational environment taught me the value of clarity, cultural understanding, and genuine connection. Being able to bridge markets and help cross border clients navigate the U.S. real estate landscape is something I consider both an honor and a responsibility.

You may have noticed some changes recently in Command. KW has partnered with LoneWolf to bring you Transact. This will make for a smoother process of uploading your documents into Command for Compliance review. Your clients will be able to navigate the e-signature platform with ease.

DocuSign Access Removed from Command/Marketplace
DocuSign access will be discontinued. Agents are responsible for exporting their own documents. TO START: In Command, navigate to Settings (upper right-hand side where your photo/logo is located) > Command Settings > Applications. Connect your Lone Wolf account by either logging in to your existing Lone Wolf account or creating a new one! Note that once you connect an account, you cannot change it!

I use ZipForms. Will my existing transactions be available?
Yes! If you sign in to Lone Wolf Transact using your existing ZipForms login credentials, all of your current ZipForms transactions will be automatically available in your Lone Wolf Transact: Command Edition account. You won't lose any of your existing work. Do I need to switch to my team account to connect Lone Wolf?
No. When you connect your Lone Wolf account to Command, it will be connected to any team or personal account you have provisioned under your Command login. You don't need to switch accounts. How long does it take to set up my account?
The setup process is quick and easy. Agents connecting their personal accounts typically take 10-15 minutes. Is there training available?
Yes! We are working on getting a training calendar out for all our agents – New Braunfels, Hill Country, and Heritage. Be on the lookout for Facebook announcements and email notifications. You can also check the calendar on our agent website: KWHportal.com
