Terminations
Do not terminate a file unless you have signed termination documents. A revision to your DA does not require termination—please submit DA change requests through wheresmyda.com (no “www” needed).
Closings & Written Volume
To have closings and written volume count toward the current month, physical checks from title must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on the first business day of the new month.
Example: If your file closes on August 29, the check must be received by September 2 in order to count for August. Please remind your title company to courier, overnight, or provide you with the KW check promptly.
Written Volume Deadlines
All offers must be submitted in Command before the last business day of the month. DA changes (such as price adjustments) can still be made before closing and should be submitted through wheresmyda.com.
Thank you for your attention to these details. Your diligence keeps our records accurate and ensures your production is recognized in the correct month.
