My story is all you need to know. In searching for a property in this ultra competitive environment, we came across a property that went onto Redfin on a Friday night at 6PM. We were in to view the unit the next morning at 10AM. I happened to get outbid on that property but Garret was able to develop a strong relationship with the selling agent.
