Auroralight’s Catenary Cable Mount J-Box, machined from a solid block of C3600 Billet Brass on our ultramodern CNC mill-turn lathes. The J-Box has a separate attachment for catenary cables up to ¼" dia. & features a Cable Brake System to prevent luminaire slippage due to swag. Options include a "Rigid swivel mount" that allows for rigid attachment of the luminaire while allowing for up to 15° of cable swag, enabling the fixture to hang plumb. All luminaires in the system are field serviceable, eliminating the need to ever remove a luminaire from the string if service is needed.

With the help of computer-modeling software, we have the ability to create your designs and present them to you on screen, providing you with a glimpse of your design even before the prototype is created. After your review and approval, we can move forward with 3D Printing a functional prototype.
STEP 3: CNC MACHINING
Once approved and a confirming purchase order issued, the project can be scheduled for production. Utilizing state-of-the-art CNC 5 Axis machinery, your new custom design is precision-cut and assembled to your exact specifications.
