8. Private E-mail Campaign to Top Sotheby’s International Realty Brokers and Top Texas Brokers - Withing 48 hours of marketing receiving both video and photography.

9. Listing Agent will Pitch Property to Targeted Prospective Buyers Through Printed and Digital Marketing - Will begin targeting once received brochures and custom website is active.

Marketing will not use The Lambermont or the Terrell Castle on any promotions for this property.
