Co-developed by lauded hotelier and restauranteur Larry McGuire of MML Hospitality and Riverside Resources, one of Austin’s most esteemed and respected real estate development companies, Sixth&Blanco will feature a fivestory, mass timber building, designed by Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron.

Taking up a full city block, Sixth&Blanco will feature a five-story, mass timber building, designed by Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron.
