FRANKY @KULT NEWGEN

After being the number one prospect in the olympic team for Germany and winning six German titles as an amateur for the national team, Franky started his professional career in 2023. Franky got scouted whilst still being in a boarding school for boxing and started his modelling career by walking the Balenciaga FW21 Show and shooting the worldwide underwear campaign whilst striking the „Boxer Pose” and becoming Model of the Week at Models.com. Coming from a small town in Germany, Franky now lives and trains in Hamburg to start his international career at legendary Universum Boxing Gym.

Despite being based in Hamburg, the development board at KULT is a talented array of international models. The scouting plan is compiled at the beginning of the year and consists of local, national and international events such as concerts, festivals, exhibitions and sporting events. The industry has an extremely colourful look at this present time and demands a beautiful varied selection of models only found by searching high and wide across the globe. Our agents and scouts never leave the house without their eyes wide open and scouting cards at hand.

Thankfully with offices across the world and the genius of Zoom and Skype it’s possible to develop the boys and girls from a distance without losing the personal touch KULT is known for. Currently on the new faces division you will find the team working with models in Australia, Cape Town, London, Milan, Brazil, Seoul and Paris.

Wherever you live you can be found by KULT , and do not be put off by the distance, the team has perfected the skill of discovering, nurturing and building careers whether you live in Hamburg or South America.

JONAS is currently a medical student and based in Leipzig. Despite his busy schedule, Jonas always finds time to volunteer, preferring to stay active and help those in need rather than relax on the couch. After being scouted while traveling in Australia after finishing school, he had a great on-stay in New York. We can‘t wait to see where his journey takes him and are proud to have such a dedicated and caring person on our team!

Bryan was scouted at a football match in Hamburg while working as security. After only a short time, he was booked for Zalando. The plus-size model with the charming freckles easily rocks the camera with his lovely attitude while he ensures as a security guard that no one gets in without the right demeanor.

Thanks to the wonders of the internet, 9000km is still within our scouting net! With development via zoom meetings and the help of our partner office in Cape Town, Alecia has already spent time in Milan, Seoul and London. Its so inspiring to see the confidence this young girl has to leave her comfort zone and step into the unknown, all while wearing this biggest smile you will ever see.

This Venezuelan beauty spent her holidays in Berlin where she was scouted. After building up a large range of clients in Germany she is now exploring the markets in Brazil and China. Even language barriers are no problem thanks to some Spanish speaking colleagues and Chat GPT.

Sometimes you just need a little bit of luck when scouting. The 12 year old Paris native was holidaying on the very same tiny little beach in the Norwegian wilderness, as our very own KULT agents Graeme and Pia! The team travels to Paris three times a year to check in on her progress while she matures into a stunning young lady.

JURI was scouted beginning of this year while shopping for basketball gear in Hamburg. This athletic dynamo isn‘t just a basketball player — he is also great in football and is a regular at the gym. Having recently graduated high school with distinction in Hamburg, we are thrilled to have him on our board. Impressively, just two weeks after being scouted, Juri secured a major job and delivered an exceptional performance, proving his potential in the industry!

NOAH is incredible skateboarder and surfer from Australia. With a love for travel and a vibrant personality, his confidence is remarkable for his young age. Shortly after being scouted, he had a successful on-stay experience in New York. Already making waves in the fashion world, Noah had his debut for Ludovic de Saint Sernin, and took part in the Ralph Lauren presentation in Milan. We are absolutely thrilled to have him on our board and are confident he has a bright future ahead!

was scouted in Sweden while strolling around a food festival in Skövde. With no prior experience in the fashion industry or modeling market, he quickly proved his potential by shooting his first major editorial in London for „10 Men Magazine“. After landing several jobs right away, he can‘t wait to continue working in front of the camera and is fully embracing his new role. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to seeing his future achievements!
