Kieron is a sought-after performer, teacher, adjudicator, and agent where for the past 12 years he has managed many artists who have gone on to achieve illustrious careers in the Entertainment Industry. He embarked on his professional performance career at the age of 16 as a cast member of Hot Shoe Shuffle in the role of ‘Tap’. He went on to attain many more musical theatre credits including Grease - The Arena Spectacular, Happy Days - The Mega Musical' and Sisterella, as well as featuring as a Dell-tone in Shout! and a three-year tour with the hit musical Mamma Mia!
In 2005, Kieron embarked on a five-year journey with the extraordinarily successful show Burn The Floor, as the show's featured male singer where he had the opportunity to play to audiences across the globe.
Kieron is incredibly passionate about the performing arts and educating the next generation of artists. He is currently a faculty member at Dance Force, where his expertise in the industry is helping to expand the opportunities for their part-time and preprofessional students.
Kieron has just launched his own agency, Kulik Management in Sydney and the Gold Coast, representing some of Australia’s finest theatrical talent.
Described as “boundary breaking with a theatrical edge” her work has been showcased on numerous platforms across the world with a specialty in contemporary.
Sarah’s choreographic journey began on the global television hit “So You Think You Can Dance where she was engaged for the UK & Australian seasons. Her other on-screen credits include "Dance Academy, The Come Back", The Voice for Jennifer Hudson, Dance Boss, Puberty Blues and Dancing with the Stars.
As well as her notable choreographic credits onscreen, Sarah has gained much acclaim for her work on large scale productions, her most notable being the Opening Ceremony of the Arab Games (David Atkins Enterprises).
Not only has Sarah Boulter cultivated a highly successful choreographic career but she has a multitude of notable performance credits to her name. Among them, working for legendary artist Celine Dion in the resident show “A New Day” created in collaboration with industry greats Mia Michaels and Franco Dragone. Other credits include a solo for her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II and her Royal variety performances and the West end musical “Notre dame de Paris”.

Ella Nonini is a versatile performer and creative talent who recently relocated to Australia from the UK. Her career spans theatre, film, television, and live performance, with a wealth of experience across multiple platforms. Ella secured her first professional role at 19, performing in the West End production of Mamma Mia!.
Ella's West End credits also include Wicked, before embarking on the international tour of CATS, playing the iconic character of Demeter. She has graced the stage of the legendary London Palladium twice and more recently rejoined the cast of Wicked for its UK tour.
Expanding her repertoire into television and film, Ella has collaborated closely with renowned choreographer Mandy Moore during pre-production workshops for Disney’s upcoming Snow White film. Ella's screen debut came with a role in Warner Bros. Barbie, followed by a role in Disney's Snow White She also played a key role in the preproduction of Wicked: The Movie, working on and off the project for eight months.
In addition to her performing career, Ella has stepped into the creative side of the industry. She assisted choreographer Sammy Murray on season 2 of The Buccaneers for Apple TV, and collaborated with Ainsley Ricketts on his summer show pieces at Laine Theatre Arts in 2023 and 2024
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Michael is an international choreographer, director and casting consultant. He works seamlessly with directors, writers and performers to create amazing productions for any audience across stage, screen and corporate events.
His most recent endeavours have been as a Director/Choreographer for global entertainment brand RWS Entertainment. His work has also been seen on Universal Studios Japan’s and Royal Caribbean International’s worldwide audition tours as a choreographer and guest panellist He specialises in creating for Musical Theatre, Theme Parks and Cruise Ships. He is also a sought-after teacher as guest faculty at elite professional training institutions across Australia.
His 17-year professional performing career has taken him all over the globe, on major international stages across Australia, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and even the high seas Career highlights include; Mamma Mia!(Littlestar/RCCL-Dance Captain), West Side Story (ATG-Australian Tour), Wicked (Universal Studios Japan), Tokyo Disney Resort-Big Band Beat (Dance Captain), Chicago (NAMCO/RCCL), We Will Rock You (RCCL) and The Cat in the Hat(Sydney Opera House). Corporate work has seen him appear as a dancer for Adam Lambert (American Idol) and Perfume (J-Pop group) in Japan. He has also appeared in numerous TVCs in Australia and Asia.

Nicole Wells is one of Australia’s most sought-after choreographers and the principal of one of Australia’s leading Performing Arts Institutes, Dance Force.
Nicole’s first professional work came from performing in and choreographing many corporate events all over Australia. Nicole’s career then took her to the USA where she spent 2 years in Las Vegas with SPI Entertainment and Beachers Madhouse.
On returning to Australia, she started the Dance Force which has produced some of the country’s most successful artists. Nicole’s Full time performing arts graduates are now all over the world in London, USA, in world renowned Musicals and on various contracts including, Cirque De Solei, Moulin Rouge, Royal Caribbean Cruise lines, Celebrity Cruise lines, Norwegian Cruise lines, Disney Cruise lines, Princess Cruise lines, Crazy Horse Paris, Universal Studios and many more.
