The club has three Interact and two Rotaract Clubs. On the International front, the club is active in Rotary Youth Exchange program. While our students from here visited countries like Germany and USA, students from Brazil, Germany and Spain have visited Pune via our RYE program. Our medical projects reach the beneficiaries directly and help in bringing a change to people's lives. Our signature project is the Epilepsy surgery project, which helps in reversing the condition of epilepsy. Our water supply project at Bajarwadi is a

President's Message Dear Rotarians, Rotary Greetings. I extend a warm welcome to all and especially to our DG, Dr. Anil Parmar and First Lady Dr.HemaParmar who are on an official visit to the club. It will certainly be a valuable addition to this year's activities and the OCV of the DG is the most awaited event. Both the DG Dr. Anil and our AG, Rtn. Deepak Toshniwal have been great pillars of support to us. The DG's vision and guidance always takes the club on the right trajectory. This year, we are lucky to have a District Governor whose efficient leadership has enabled us to carry out our projects and Rotary work with better conviction and dedication. Our work has a presence in almost all avenues. We are doing remarkable work in youth and international areas too. The serving District Governor of the Rotary District 3131, Dr. Anil Parmar, is a successful physician, a visionary leader, who acts more than he speaks, is a soft-spoken person with various abilities in Rotary leadership and an inspiring DG. His Rotary career spans 28 years. He says, “The best and the most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or touched. They must be felt with the heart”. DG Dr. Anil is happily married to Dr.Hema, a homeopathic doctor, a Rotarian and past president of Inner Wheel Club of New Panvel.

SOME IMPORTANT PROJECTS IN THE YEAR 2022-23 (JULY – DEC. 2022) ONGOING PROJECTS † Epilepsy surgeries † Ghanvan development at ITI premises † Nakhstravan development at ITI premises AUGUST 2022 † Joint visit by RCPB and Rotary club of Pune Khadki for project visit to Bajarwadi in BhorTaluka to assess and study the feasibility of the JalkundaProject . † Installation of Interact Club at Indus International School. † Gandhphulancha, Geetancha, a special musical program by disabled students from BalKalyanSanstha. † International RYLA - ShaduGanpati making workshop for Inbound students of RYE – In this RYLA session, 15 inbound students visiting Rotary district 3131 were given a workshop to make clay Ganapati idols. SEPTEMBER 2022 † Installation ceremony of Interact School of NCL Pashan † Bhoomipujan at Bajarwadi - The club President, along with some members visited Bajarwadi for the Bhoomipujan of the upcoming jalkund project at Bajarwadi in BhorTaluka. † Handover of toilet blocks to Yewli ZP School – The club handed over toilet blocks constructed at the ZP school at Yewli in BhorTaluka. † Orientation Session for Interact students at NCL School - A motivational session for the students of interact at NCL school, on the topic, 'Seven secrets to achieving goals'. NOVEMBER 2022 † Blood donation camp at ITI Aundh, in which 137 bottles of blood were collected. The Students of ITI donated the blood. † Dental Check-up camp – A dental check-up and treatment camp was organized for the students of the ITI Aundh in which more than 230 students participated and benefitted. † A club member participated in the all-women's car rally, a mega public image project by Rotary District 3131. † The Club participated in a Rotary District 3131 project in which 80 mattresses were donated to the inmates of the oldage home, Jeevan Sandhya oldage home at Chickmagalur. This project was done as part of the car rally. DECEMBER 2022 † District throwball competition for specially abled children from various schools - In this service project which benefitted specially abled children, the club organised a special handball sports tournament at BKS. This tournament saw a participation of 250 plus specially abled students from various schools in Pune District.
