With advanced digital imaging technology and proprietary software, Level 5 Automated Tool Control System® (ATC) scans the tool drawer and records which tools are removed and replaced in real time. You know where everything is at all times without your techs being slowed down for a second. The system alerts you when tools are broken or need calibration, so you can address it right away.

A turnkey system of radio frequency identification readers (RFID) placed at a choke point to track movement of RFID tags in and out of a controlled area.

INTELLIGENT AND EASY TO USE

See-through windows with bright LED lighting allow the user to quickly identify the items they want and issue them through an intuitive touchscreen user interface. RACK-MOUNTED MODULAR DESIGN

The rack-mounted approach gives the user the flexibility to custom configure the locker layout to their specific needs. A multitude of module sizes maximize the efficiency for the given footprint and control a wide range of items. As storage needs change the modular design allows the user to easily swap out modules.

POWER CHARGING

The ATC FlexHub is also available with optional 230/240V power outlets within each module so battery operated tools and equipment can be charged while in the locker.
