Gosnold’s new flagship facility is bringing advanced, compassionate care to the gateway of Cape Cod. This expanded location allows us to provide accessible, person- centered treatment for individuals and families both on and o the Cape, delivering innovative recovery services and support where it’s needed most.
By expanding our presence in Wareham, Gosnold strengthens our mission to make quality mental health and substance use care available to every community we serve. The new site will enhance our continuum of care, from prevention and early intervention to recovery and long-term wellness- ensuring every person who walks through our doors receives the highest standard of care in a welcoming, supportive environment.

As we approach the end of the year, we continue to navigate an increasingly challenging behavioral health landscape. Across the country—and here in Massachusetts—the demand for mental health and substance use services has grown significantly, while resources remain strained. Yet through these challenges, Gosnold remains steadfast in our mission. For more than 53 years, we have provided compassionate, accessible, and evidence-based care to individuals and families when they need it most.
This year marks an important step forward in strengthening that mission. In early 2026, we will open a new inpatient treatment facility in Wareham, which will expand our capacity and allow us to serve twice as many individuals seeking recovery. This growth ensures that we can meet rising needs while continuing to deliver high-quality care across all of our current locations on Cape Cod and throughout the state. This progress would not be possible without your support. As the need for our services continues to
