Gosnold is a nationally accredited nonprofit leader in mental health and substance use treatment and prevention. For more than 50 years, we have helped individuals and families achieve lasting recovery and healthier, more fulfilling lives.

As we enter 2026, we are proud to begin an important new chapter with the opening of our inpatient services in Wareham. Located at the gateway to Cape Cod, this new facility represents a significant step forward in expanding access to critical care for individuals and families across the region.

While this growth marks an exciting milestone, our roots remain deeply connected to the Cape Cod community. We are steadfast in our commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and meeting the evolving needs of those we serve.
