Our repeat client wanted a new line of child development center facilities with a new look and name. The Learning Zone is the first center under that new brand. This facility has been designed to incorporate new technology that will give children an exceptional visual and handson learning experience. Our design is a clean, modern concept that provides the “good for learning” atmosphere desired by the clients. The one-story, 10,734 sf masonry building sits within the Rutherford County Gateway Redevelopment District. We successfully worked with the City of Murfreesboro’s planning committee to develop a design that would conform to the City’s design requirements while still meeting the Owner’s aesthetics.
