It has been a really purposeful week here in school. Our students’ focus has been directed towards the upcoming public external exams. A reminder to parents that the last day before study leave is: Monday 13th May: Year 11 Monday 20th May: Year 13 Although this is the last day that the students will be in normal lessons, there will still be teachers available to support our students right the way through their external exam period. Details of the support offered and teacher availability will be emailed separately. We have also included within this bulletin our full external Examination timetable for your information.

This week the Year 9 enjoyed their final Academic Lecture, in this series. Mr Melvin our Head of MFL used the language of Japanese to demonstrate the benefits of learning a language.

Tickets are currently being sold for our school production of Legally Blonde Junior. The performance is next Thursday 9th May at 7pm in the school hall. Tickets are available on ParentPay at the cost of £5 a ticket, please arrive promptly. The students have worked incredibly hard and it looks like it will be an amazing show, I hope to see lots of you there.
