QUALITY WHEELS
We offer you the optimum quality wheel for every floor condition and every purpose. Choose from different wheels with equal diameter – they are generally interchangeable! The last two digits of the hand truck type number usually indicate the wheel number. The carcass structure of pneumatic wheels ensures maximum load capacity with minimum rolling resistance. All wheels are odourless and equipped with two water- and dust-proof grooved ball bearings.
PROVEN FOR DECADES
The pneumatic wheel No. 21 with radial tread has been popular with our customers all over the world since the 1960s. It features an unsurpassed, high-quality carcass structure that ensures maximum load capacity.
The AIRLEX wheel No. 25 commenced its success story in 1998 as the “unflattable wheel”. Especially in the beverage industry, this wheel with radial tread makes a significant contribution to economic efficiency, because it boasts a five time longer service life due to its material properties – it is made of polyurethane and contains thousands of microcellular air bubbles. Both wheel types offer minimum rolling resistance, very good shock absorption on uneven floors and are enormously directionally stable.

The perfect quality footplate for every application – choose your favourite. The tightly profiled, precision-milled spade footplate made of a special alloy prevents the loads from laterally sliding. The slightly bevelled front facilitates sliding under the load. The concave back of the shovel provides safe support for round goods, such as barrels or rolls. FOLDING HAND TRUCKS
HAND-FRIENDLY
The folding mechanism of the folding EXPRESSO trucks is especially secured by hand-friendly EXLAN sliding sleeves.
SPACE-SAVING
Thanks to the folding spade and the folding strut, this EXPRESSO equipment can be stowed away particularly space-efficiently in passenger cars and vans.
FLEXIBLE CENTRE STRUTS
Folding hand trucks can also be equipped with centre struts. These are then fitted with flexible clamping rubber in the upper section.
THE ADJUSTABLE RETAINER
The adjustable retainer is used to accommodate different crates of beverages. To use retainer, the spade is folded back.

KEG HOOK
The KEG hook type 1046 enables the transport of KEG barrels of different sizes and thus facilitates the logistics of such round goods.
HEAVY-DUTY WHEEL
The reinforced heavy-duty pneumatic wheel no. 24 offers minimum rolling resistance and very good shock absorption, even on uneven floors. Frequently used on hand trucks that transport dual stacks of beverage crates.
LOADING AREA EXTENSION
The loading area extension Type 119702 increases the contact area and even allows, in combination with the wider load hook Type 5 200 24, the safe transport of dual stacks.
BEVERAGE AND DUAL STACK HAND TRUCKS
Industry-speci fi c detail: The special spade with angled corners is ideal for loading and unloading two stacks of beverage crates with the hand truck.
LIMITING BRACKET
The folding limiting bracket Type 1220 secures the dual stack during transport and manoeuvring. It has three settings to be able to handle different types of crates.

The water bottle truck can transport up to six gallons of water (18.9 litres). We differentiate between the attachment Type 1228 for five water gallons and Type 1229 for six water gallons.

The loading area extension Type 119702 increases the contact area and raises the level of safety when transporting wide goods.
PET ATTACHMENT
This attachment increases the loading volume and also prevents the cargo from slipping sideways by means of the folding edges.

The special support feet on the precision spades prevent contamination and damage to sensitive goods and protect against moisture.

The mobile, clip-on chair attachment Type 1144 is easy to use and assembly-free. Without the chair attachment, the hand truck is the perfect all-rounder.
HOOK-IN
Simple device for moving stacked chairs: the transport rail is hooked onto the shovel back and is therefore easy to attach.
SELF-SERVICE TROLLEYS
The EXPRESSO self-service trolleys in lightweight design are available in two sizes for two or three crates in a row, are weatherproof and equipped with automatic parking brakes as standard.
