TERMS & CONDITIONS WE AT K + R DOCK ACCESSORIES WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS. This catalog is designed to assist you with the purchase of our products, provide product information, and give you contact information for your local branch and our main office. Below are a few things to consider as we continue to build a stronger, well communicated partnership.

BUSINESS HOURS OF OPERATION Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES • All deliveries made by K + R will incur a $25.00 minimum surcharge.

• Any product shipped via common carrier will be FOB K + R warehouse.

DELIVERIES • Deliveries are generally made or shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

• Arrangements can be made for customer pickups at one of our warehouses with prior notice.

• Under certain circumstances delivery of products can be made to a job site. Contact your local sales representative to make arrangements.

PRODUCT RETURNS | REFUNDS AND CREDITS At K + R Dock Accessories we take pride in our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, prior return authorization will be needed.

• Return of any products must be made within 30 days of original purchase date.

• Products requesting to be returned must be in new sell-able condition.

• Any return of products purchased will incur up to a 15% restocking fee, as stated on invoices.

• Returns of special order/non-stock products are not accepted, as stated on invoice.

• All returns must be accompanied by original sales receipt.

• If product is deemed re-sellable, K + R Dock Accessories will issue a refund or exchange of the original dollar amount minus shipping and handling charge and restock fees.

• Customer credits must be used in 120 days.

PRICING We strive hard to provide 30 days notice of changes in any of our pricing. Sometimes we cannot control the volatility of raw materials, consequently under certain circumstances the pricing may change without notice.

WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS Warranties are provided for the K + R branded family of products and are available upon request. If the product is produced by another manufacturer, please refer to each product manufacturer’s warranty; the procedure and warranty guidelines may vary between manufacturers.

• To qualify for customer payment discount, if applicable, payment must be postmarked by discount date.
