Brigadier General (Ret.) Kristin Goodwin is a powerhouse of strategic leadership, transformational vision, and operational excellence. With over 30 years of experience in the military and private sectors, Kristin has become a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies, CEOs, Boards, and defense leaders. Her diverse career spans military service at the highest levels, executive consulting, AI transformation, space technology, and organizational culture strategy. A Trailblazer in Defense and Space Kristin’s distinguished 28-year career in the United States Air Force redefined what’s possible for women in military leadership. As a pioneering officer, she became the first female Bomb Wing Commander and later served as Chief of Staff for Space Operations Command in the U.S. Space Force. In this role, she oversaw governance and strategic execution for more than 4,100 personnel, supporting 38,000 space and cyber professionals across 134 global sites. She was also a chief architect of one of the first Space Force field commands, shaping the future of America’s military space capabilities.
