Hula Painting Football

Russell Powell is an accomplished oil painter and creator of a unique “hand stamping” technique. His method involves first creating a portrait on the palm of his hand, then transferring the image onto paper. This one-of-a-kind painting, features a breathtaking hula maiden with birds made from her lei.
