“7 grade students take the classroom outside to Jekyll Island to see and experience God’s handiwork firsthand. They participate in hands-on activities that allow them to put into practice what they have learned in the classroom about different invertebrates, ocean currents, ecosystems of Coastal Georgia as well as the different plants and animals that inhabitant those ecosystems The highlight of the trip is always seining with large nets and then weighing and measuring the catch.”
