As we reflect on the 2024-2025 school year, there is so much to be thankful for. God continues to bless Fellowship as faculty, staff, and families partner together to provide a covenant Christian education for the next generation.
There was so much to celebrate last year. The most important part of our school will always be the spiritual growth of our students. Last year we saw over 30 elementary and over 20 middle school students commit their lives to Jesus Christ during the elementary school Winterfest and middle school retreats. Many of our students in elementary, middle, and high school followed the Lord in baptism, with some choosing to be baptized by our faculty and staff. There were countless moments of discipleship and spiritual investment that occurred throughout the school year, in classrooms, on sports fields and courts, and in casual settings around campus.
Academically, our students thrived. The elementary school continues to challenge its students while showing love and care for them. Middle school focuses on teaching learning habits, expanding elective offerings, and launching a house leadership class to develop leaders in conjunction with the new house system. High school added additional dual enrollment classes, offering opportunities to earn more college credits. Our senior class earned over 22 million dollars in college scholarships, which is the highest to date, and the College Board honored Fellowship with an AP School Honor Roll of Gold, which is meant to signify an established culture of college readiness.
Our arts programs were enhanced by adding animation classes, building a forge to teach blacksmithing, and teaching students to make art with metal. More students continue to get involved with the arts as the middle school spring performance and middle/high school band had record numbers of student participation. High school Performing Arts competed in both GHSA One Act and the GHSA Literary Competition. We placed 2nd in the region for One Act and sent two Literary students to the State competition. We also had multiple high school visual artists score the highest possible score on their AP assessments.
The 2024-2025 school year was another incredible year for Fellowship athletics, with 18 of 19 varsity teams eligible for state qualifying for the state playoffs and state tournaments. Programmatically, football won its sixth consecutive region championship and advanced to the state semifinals, qualifying for the state playoffs for a ninth straight year. Girls’ lacrosse made their third straight trip to the quarterfinals or better and their seventh consecutive trip to the state playoffs. We had numerous All-State and All-Region selections across various sports, a few Player of the Year recipients, a couple of All-Americans, three WSB-TV Scholar-Athlete of the Week recipients, several All-Academic Team recognitions, one Positive Athlete Award recipient, one D1 Varsity Class A Student-Athlete of the Year recipient, two individual State Runner-ups (one in two events), and 12 seniors who chose to take their God-given talent and abilities to the next level, including a school first in girls’ golf and acrobatics & tumbling. The varsity teams for 2024-2025 earned a collective GPA of 4.0, with nine sports at 4.0 or higher. Five baseball players made personal decisions to be baptized in 2025, on
Winchester Field by our Fellowship of Christian Athletes Director and Baseball Chaplain, Dan Roark. We also upgraded our stadium with the addition of a new video scoreboard at Bob Lord Field.
The 2024/2025 school year was a wonderful year that held so many special moments and memories, and saw many improvements and things to celebrate. Thank you for your support and prayers for Fellowship. We are honored and humbled by the support of our community and the favor God has shown us. We know even greater things are still to come as we continue to glorify God first and love and serve those around us.

INCOME –
Fellowship Christian School receives the majority of its revenue and support from tuition and fees for student activities and services. The graphic indicates the sources of income for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

EXPENSES –
Board policy dictates operating expenses are to be covered 100% by tuition and fees. Expenditures are related, either directly or indirectly, to Fellowship’s educational mission.
For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, our income was used for the purposes indicated on the graphic.

The Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program allows Georgia taxpayers to designate a portion of their state tax dollars to a school of their choice. Thank you for choosing to redirect your state tax dollars for Fellowship in order to provide financial aid to covenant families who desire a Christian education for their children.

Thank you for your generous investment in Fellowship! We are grateful to share the incredible impact of this year’s Annual Fund and the way our community continues to show up with generosity and purpose.
With over 90% parent participation, 100% support from our Board of Trustees, and meaningful gifts from grandparents and friends of Fellowship, we were blessed to surpass our goal, raising over $818,000. This milestone reflects not only strong support but a shared belief in the mission and future of our school.
While tuition provides for the day-to-day operations of the school, the Annual Fund allows us to go further - enhancing the programs, experiences, and environments that make Fellowship so special for your children.
This year, your generosity helped make possible the start-up costs for our middle school house system, capital improvements around campus, expanded safety and security measures, essential equipment for the Arts, programming, professional development, and so much more!
Because of you, we are able to continue providing a covenant Christian education marked by excellence, intentionality, and care for every student. THE ARTS
The Arts continue to play a vital role in cultivating creativity, confidence, and student expression at Fellowship. This year, the Annual Fund made a variety of new opportunities possible, including the addition of a blacksmithing forge, as well as enhancements to the band program through new instruments and equipment. These additions not only enrich the student experience but also help develop the next generation of leaders.
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
Strategic campus improvements this year enhanced both the functionality and experience of our spaces, ensuring we continue to serve students with excellence. The addition of the elementary covered walkway created a safer and more welcoming environment for students, while the new gaga ball pit created a new opportunity for fun and play. Upgrades to Bob Lord Field, campus equipment, and maintenance resources support daily operations behind the scenes.
PROGRAMS & STUDENT SUPPORT
Beyond the classroom, Fellowship is committed to providing experiences that shape the whole child while supporting the families and faculty who make this community so special.
This year, more than 90 professional development scholarships equipped teachers with training and resources that directly impact student learning. The Annual Fund support also strengthened programs like TREAD outdoor adventure and supported mission trips for faculty and students. In addition, the Annual Fund provided support towards our Parent Teacher Fellowship budget and enhanced weekly chapels through upgraded sound and production technology, enriching both community life and spiritual formation across campus.
MIDDLE SCHOOL HOUSE SYSTEM LAUNCH
This year marked the launch of the Middle School House System, designed to foster connection, strengthen culture, and support the growth of every student. Through leadership opportunities, service, spiritual life activities, and friendly competition, the House System creates meaningful ways for students to engage and belong. Thanks to the Annual Fund, this vision became a reality, resulting in a stronger, more unified middle school community.
SAFETY & SECURITY
The safety of our students and staff remains a top priority, guiding each decision we make across campus. This year, we implemented a new alert notification system, made enhancements to building security, entry points, and camera monitoring, and installed a new weather detection system. Investments like these, paid for by the Annual Fund, strengthen our ability to provide a secure and responsive environment for every student.
GIVING WITH PURPOSE
Discover The Various Ways You Can Support Fellowship’s Mission and Vision
While tuition supports our operating budget, Fellowship relies on the generosity of our broader community to come alongside and provide additional support that enables the special, covenant Christian education each student receives. If you wish to support the covenant mission and vision of Fellowship, there are many ways that you can contribute to our continued success. All gifts, no matter the size, directly impact our students, faculty, and staff as they help to create the environments and experiences that set Fellowship apart.
ENDOWMENT GIVING PLANNED GIVING
Planned giving is simply arranging a gift now to be allocated at a future date. Through a will or trust, individuals can choose to designate Fellowship, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, as the beneficiary of retirement, insurance, stock, or mutual fund accounts.
Planned Giving and Endowment Giving work hand-in-hand. While donors may designate a planned gift from a will, trust, etc., to a capital campaign or other specified projects, those same gifts can also be designated for investment in an existing Endowment to allow the gift to live on in perpetuity.
The Fellowship Legacy Fund will provide a permanent, sustainable source of funding for Fellowship. Gifts to the Legacy Fund serve as the principal that is invested, and each year a portion of the value of the fund is paid out to support the fund’s purpose. Any annual earnings above and beyond the distribution are reinvested into the fund, increasing its market value and its ability to provide support for its designated purpose into perpetuity. Each gift made to the Fellowship Legacy Fund helps to increase the principal investment and can be designated to support projects that align with the donors’ interests.

Fellowship Christian School established the endowment fund to help with future unexpected needs and ongoing operating expenses of the school. The consistent income stream provided by an endowment ensures that Fellowship can withstand economic downturns and financial challenges by making it possible to continue to provide a covenant Christian education to desiring families despite any change in economic conditions. The Legacy Endowment was established in 2022, and consists of the following named Endowments:
THE PHILIPPIANS 2:4 ENDOWMENT FUND | TOTAL

This fund was created in 2023 by Fellowship parents to establish financial aid resources to benefit middle or high school students who have a demonstrated need for financial assistance to attend Fellowship Christian School. Philippians 2:4 states the following: “Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, But also for the interests of others.” In an effort to exemplify this New Testament verse, the donors created a financial aid endowment that other Fellowship donors may support as they look for ways to help those in financial need.
CHRISTY GOAR MEMORIAL ENDOWMENT FUND | TOTAL

The fund was established in 2024 by Sherry Goar to honor the life and memory of her sister, Christy Goar. Christy was a beloved 5th-grade teacher who impacted the lives of hundreds of families over her tenure at Fellowship. The fund was created to establish financial aid resources to benefit students of a single-parent family, initially entering 1st – 5th grade, with a demonstrated need for financial assistance to attend Fellowship Christian School. Jeremiah 29:11 was Christy’s favorite verse, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Christy’s life and legacy embraced the full knowledge of this truth as she invested herself in the lives of the 5th graders she had the joy of teaching.
