UNIFORM FAQs
How do I purchase our new uniform?
Fellowship has partnered with Tommy Hilfiger/Global School Wear for school uniforms. The online store will open in late Spring.
I would like to try on uniform items to determine fit on my children, how can I do this?
We will be holding a “Fitting Event” on April 16, 17 and 18. Simply stop by Fellowship Bible Church and you can try on a variety of sizes and styles. More details to follow.
Can I purchase bottoms (pants, shorts, skorts) from any store or do I have to purchase from Tommy Hilfiger/Global School Wear?
You can purchase standard bottoms from any vendor that has a uniform line. All standard bottoms will need to match the uniform style and color in our online store with Tommy Hilfiger/Global School Wear. The special bottoms (plaid and houndstooth) will need to be purchased from the online store as well as all tops.
Can I purchase a plain navy cardigan that matches the uniform style for my daughter at an alternate store?
All tops (polos, oxfords, cardigans, jumpers, dresses) require an approved embroidered logo; therefore they must be purchased from Tommy Hilfiger/Global School Wear.
Can my daughter wear leggings under her skort when it’s cold?
Yes! She can wear leggings or tights in solid navy or white under her skort/jumper/dress.
What are the length requirements for skorts and shorts?
Skorts and shorts must be equal to or longer than fingertip length for your child when their arms are rested at their side.
My child is uncomfortable in a skort, can she choose a skirt instead?
Your child can choose from any of the selected skort style items available through our approved uniform vendor. Families may choose to purchase a skirt that matches our uniform style from an outside vendor. If so, bike shorts/tights/leggings in solid navy or white must be worn underneath all skirts in all divisions.
Can my child wear any non-Fellowship jacket?
If your child chooses to wear outerwear inside the building, it must be from our approved uniform vendor. All outerwear approved to wear inside the building will be on our Tommy Hilfiger/Global School Wear website. Outside the building, any appropriate outerwear is approved – recess, flex time, etc.
How much will the new uniform pieces cost?
Each uniform item from Tommy Hilfiger/Global School Wear will vary in price depending on material selected. Polos will range from $19-26, skorts will range from $34-$40, shorts will range from $27-$43, and pants will range from $27-$49 (prices subject to change). When the online site goes live, you can review the catalog assortment pricing. If you choose an outside vendor for uniform bottoms, the prices will be at your discretion.
What material options are available?
We have a wide variety of material options available through Tommy Hilfiger/Global School Wear. The Polo shirts are available in Pique, Interlock and Performance fabrics. Pants and shorts are available in multiple fabrics, including: cotton twill, cotton blend, and performance fabrics.
Will there be a used uniform store in future years?
Yes.
Will there be a uniform for retreats or other events/field trips off campus?
There will be a dress code to follow for special events including retreats, events and field trips. All Elementary and Middle School students will be required to wear a Navy branded Polo from Tommy Hilfiger/Global School Wear for day field trips and select special events throughout the year. Each family needs to choose at least one of these for their child’s uniform.
Will the online school store be open year round to buy new or replacement pieces?
Yes, the Tommy Hilfiger/Global School Wear uniform store will be open 24/7/365.
Will the items I order be delivered to the school or my home?
All items purchased from Tommy Hilfiger/Global School Wear will ship to your home.
Will I pay the uniform vendor directly, or will it be billed through FACTS?
You will pay the uniform vendor directly online.
Will the school have any stocked items in case I need to buy something quickly?
The school will have a small inventory of items for emergency situations only.
When do I need to order items by to ensure I have them before school starts?
The online ordering site will go live in late Spring during the fitting event. The typical turn around time is two weeks from order to delivery.

At Fellowship Christian School, our uniform policy is designed to promote school pride, unity, and modesty while providing comfort and flexibility for students. All uniform tops must be purchased from our approved vendor. Uniform bottoms may be purchased from our approved vendor or other vendors who carry a standard uniform line. If bottoms are purchased from an alternative vendor, pieces must align with the approved styles and colors listed below. If plaid or houndstooth bottoms are selected, they must be purchased from our approved vendor.

● All uniform tops, including outerwear, worn in the building must be purchased from the approved uniform vendor.
● All FC plaid and FC houndstooth items must be purchased from the approved vendor
● All uniform bottoms must be consistent with the approved FC uniform styles.
● Jackets and coats worn outside the buildings do not need to be FC branded
● No self-embroidery or other/added logos are permitted.
● Belts: If tops are tucked in and an item has belt loops, a plain brown or black belt must be worn This only applies to grades 3-12
● Socks: All grades - Solid White or Navy MS and HS - Solid White, Navy, or Gray
● Leggings or Tights in solid Navy or White may be worn under skorts.
● Bike shorts, leggings or tights in solid Navy or White must be worn under dresses and skirts (if no built-in shorts) in all divisions
● Shoes: Athletic shoes, loafers, dress shoes, or boots
FRIDAY SPIRIT WEAR GUIDELINES
● Any Fellowship-branded top may be worn
● Any solid color denim bottoms
● All uniform options are allowed
● High school seniors - once accepted to colleges, may wear their college shirt or outerwear on Fridays
SPECIAL DAY GUIDELINES
For special events when out of uniform is approved by administration (i e Field Trip, Retreat, Field Day, etc):
● If athletic shorts are approved: Shorts must be fingertip length or longer when arms are in a fully rested position
● FC Navy Polo or t-shirt assigned by Event Coordinator
● No White shirt or White shorts (MS/HS Only)
● Athletic shoes may be requested (event dependent)
HAIR/ACCESSORIES GUIDELINES
● Hair color must be a natural color and non-distracting
● Boys - hair length must not go below the collar or eyebrows Eyes should always be visible
● Body piercings are prohibited with the exception of the ears for girls only
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED
General Guidelines
● No tops outside of approved vendor (all tops - including dresses - require the embroidered school logo from Tommy Hilfiger / School Uniform Source)
● No Shorts/Skorts shorter than fingertip length
● No bottoms oversized, too tight, with holes and/or ripped, frayed hems
● No House shoes/mules, slippers, flip flops, Crocs/foam/plastic sandals, slides, leather or athletic sandals
● No hats inside the building
Friday Spirit Wear
● No athletic shorts
● No yoga pants
● Non-Fellowship T-shirts or outerwear with pictures or words
● No Sweatpants or joggers
● No hoods or hats may be worn inside the building
