This paper presents a study to bring a progressive change in the user’s perspective of a hospital. The purpose is to study the experience and needs of users and healthcare providers to understand their physical, psychological, and social needs to develop a design brief for a healthcare facility where the design is not just based on functional, technical, legal, and aesthetic knowledge but also supports the well-being of the patient and healthcare providers. Thus, creating a healing environment for them that helps improve the rate of healing time, staff performance, reduces stress and medical errors. The intent is to design a healthcare facility considering the social, economic, and environmental aspects of the hospital that will help and affect the users
