The adhesive is applied to panels in one layer, using ~0.3-0.5 l/m² (amount based on 1,200x600x50, 3.3 kg panel). Depending on the panel’s measurements and weight, the applied amount may need to be increased. The adhesive is designed primarily for bonding mineral wool panels to clean, dry substrates: Concrete, cementbased screed, painted surfaces, etc. It is recommended to use an 8x8x8 mm adhesive comb for applying the adhesive. For lighter and thinner panels, a smaller adhesive comb may be used.
sToRage cleaning ■ Clean the uncured adhesive with water or with penosil premium cleaning Wipes. ■ Cured adhesive can be removed mechanically.
safeTY ReqUiRemenTs Sufficient ventilation must be provided during use of the product. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If the product gets into your eyes, immediately rinse them with plenty of water and see a doctor. Keep out of the reach of children.
Guaranteed storage time is 12 months from the manufacturing date, if stored in the original hermetically sealed package in a dry place and at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C.

sToRage Cans should be stored and transported in a vertical position. Store in a cool, dry place. Store at a temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C. Cans must not be stored at a temperature above +50 °C, in the vicinity of heat sources or in direct sunlight. The guaranteed shelf-life is 12 months in an unopened package.
safeTY ReqUiRemenTs The product is flammable. Protect from overheating and keep away from ignition sources and direct sunlight. Avoid smoking while working. May cause hypersensitivity by inhalation and skin contact. Ensure sufficient ventilation during application. Wear safety glasses and gloves. Keep out of the reach of children. The cured adhesive foam can be handled without any hazard to health.
Hold the adhesive can in an upright position and screw it onto the gun, holding the handle of the gun with one hand and screwing the can with the other. While screwing, make sure that the gun is not pointed at anyone. Do not screw the can onto the gun with the valve facing downwards or screw the gun above the can. After attaching the gun, shake the can intensely at least 20 times and turn it to the working position. The amount of foam adhesive exiting the can is controlled by the gun trigger. Apply the adhesive foam with even strips on the insulation board in parallel with the sides of the insulating board (3-4 cm from the edge) and one strip in the middle of the board parallel to the long side (gaps up to 25 cm). After installing the adhesive foam onto the insulation board, wait ~ 2 minutes and then push the board onto the wall. The evenness of fixed foam polystyrene tiles can be adjusted up to 5 min. For balconies, ceilings or long trusses, use fixing hardware. A pre-wetted base surface ensures faster foam curing and better results. surface preparation Remove dust, loose particles and oil from surfaces. Moisten the surfaces to achieve faster adhesive foam curing and better results. In cold conditions it is necessary to warm up the can in a warm room or warm water (up to 30 °C) before beginning the work. Working with the easygun applicator. Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times. Keep it in an upright position and remove the cap on the adapter. Install the EasyGun applicator onto the can valve by pushing it lightly until it attaches. To use it, turn the bottom of the can upwards and push the trigger of the EasyGun applicator with your fingers. Adjust the foam amount with the trigger of the applicator. Use with a foam gun. Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times. Keep it in an upright position and remove the cap on the adapter. Screw the can onto the gun, holding the handle of the gun with one hand and screwing the can with the other. While screwing, make sure that the gun is not pointed at anyone. Do not screw the can onto the gun with the valve facing downwards and also do not screw the gun above the can. To use it, turn the bottom of the can upwards and press the trigger. The amount of foam is controlled by the gun trigger. fixing of insulation and interior finishing boards. Apply the adhesive foam with even strips on both sides of the insulation or finishing board (3–4 cm from the edge) and one strip in the middle of the board parallel to the long side (gaps up to 25 cm). After installing the adhesive foam onto the insulation board, wait 2-3 minutes and then push the board onto the wall. The evenness of fixed boards can be adjusted up to 5 min. The adhesive foam is strong enough to mount any insulation board. If the insulation plate is covered with facade coatings, the need for additional mechanical fixation must be determined upon construction design, building codes, standards and other relevant guidance materials. The use of fasteners (screws, dowels) is always advisable. In general, it is not advisable to use adhesive foam on bituminous surfaces. In some cases sufficient bonding is still ensured, for example, when fixing insulation boards to bitumen treated basements before re-filling with soil. Always test before permanent using. mounting of window sills. Before fixing the sill make sure that the base is level. Mount the window sill to support blocks. The foam can only be used as a glue. Apply the adhesive to the substrate at a distance of 3–4 cm from edge. Use weights to fix sill until the adhesive foam is cured. gluing of building blocks. The adhesive foam can be used for laying interior walls with nonload-bearing building blocks. The first block row must be levelled with a mortar. The substrate must be moistened because the adhesive foam cures through atmospheric humidity. At temperatures below +5 °C it is recommended to treat the block surface with PENOSIL Premium Foam Activator. The adhesive foam forms a thin layer of adhesive. After the adhesive is formed, squeeze the blocks together immediately. The adhesive must be applied to both the vertical and horizontal sides of the stone block. Consult the reseller or the designer for compatibility with different stone-based materials and other technical issues regarding adhesive strength.
